What's a credit?
One AI reply on the standard model uses one credit. Stronger models use more per reply (shown in the dashboard). Voice uses credits per minute.
Do I pay before I can try it?
No. You build and test your agent free, including on your own website with a private preview. You choose a plan and pay when you publish it for your visitors.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy extra credits any time, or turn on auto-recharge. Plan credits reset every month; extra credits never expire.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply now (you pay the difference for the rest of the period); downgrades apply at the next renewal.
