Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Voysera Chat, a service of Voysera W.L.L. ("we", "us"), registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The service
Voysera Chat lets you build AI agents that answer visitors on your website by text and, on some plans, by voice; learn from content you provide; capture leads; book appointments; call your systems; and hand conversations to your team.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite.
3. Free building, plans and payment
You can build and test agents free, with a limited number of test messages, without a payment card. Your chat is shown to your website visitors only after you publish by choosing a plan and paying for the first billing period. Plans are charged in US dollars at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly). If a renewal is not paid, your agents stay online for a short grace period and are then paused until you pay. Payments are processed by Tap Payments; we do not store full card numbers.
Plans include a monthly number of credits. Plan credits reset each period and do not roll over. Extra credits you buy do not expire while your account is open. If a renewal fails we retry for up to three days; after that your agents are paused until payment succeeds.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, send spam, impersonate others, collect sensitive data without consent, or deceive people about talking to an AI where disclosure is required. You must have the rights to the content you upload. We may suspend accounts that put the service or others at risk.
5. Your content and data
You keep ownership of your content and your customers' conversations. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. AI answers can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing your agent's instructions and knowledge, and for how you use its answers.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features over time.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your agents stop. We may delete workspace data 90 days after an account closes.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction.
