Free building

Building and testing your agent is free and needs no card. You pay only when you publish, so you can check that the agent works for you before paying.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are paid in advance and are not refunded for partly used periods. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If you were charged by mistake, or you contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge and have used less than 10% of that period's credits, we will refund it in full.

Extra credits and add-ons

Extra credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of them have been used. Add-on fees follow the subscription rules above.

How to ask

Email hello@voysera.si from your account email with the invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Tap Payments, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
